Hey all,
I'm interested in getting a Matrix but want to stay around $400. I found a PM5 that's still new in the box at a shop but I'm not sure what a good price would be for it.

Can anyone give me an idea of a good deal for a new in box PM5? $400? $350? $450?

400 is an ok price you can find um used for as low as 220ish, i picked one up for 180 the other day and sold it for 350 so yea nib 400 is an ok price

Thanks for the replies. $400 was where I was thinking it should be.

But for $400 would a PMR be a better choice? I know little about the PMR other than it's fast and light. I want a gun that shoots like the old Matrices more than is super fast and light. Due to the design differences of the PMR and the PM5, would I be better off with the older gun for the same price as the PMR?

Has anyone compared how the PMR shoots vs. the other matrices?

PMR = ION Clone.

Its Composite Plastic, Vs a PM5 which is Metal, that right there is a huge difference.

the PM5 will out preform the PMR, people say its the same thing just no LPR but their are wrong, its a complete and total marketing scheme to sell them. get the PM5 you'll be glad you did.
