i have a pmr with a velocity junior hopper and am using xball gold paint. my problem is i keep breaking paint in the eye area of the marker. my question is could it be the hopper is putting too much force on the balls causing them to break? I used other paint and until then havent had a problem. I have cleaned the eyes very good and know that they work. also, i have tried different barrel backs even those that are obviously to large just to make sure it wasnt the barrel.

is it hot outside? if it is the balls are softening and causing a blender effect, i live in Arizona and we play in 102 degree weather so it will have this affect. keep your paint out of the heat in the shade, and keep your gun out of the heat aswell. even though its not paramount it still helps things.

if you used other paint and havn't had this problem, go back to the other paint.

You should try other paint right now I am using formula 13s in mine and they work well plus they dont cost to much.
But it could also be your hopper you could try to sync it up to your gun.
