I'm not exactly sure on the correct lingo or whatever, but I have a Proto Matrix Rail, and I have an Evolution 3 viewloader hopper. When I went to put in the hopper into the feedneck, I used the allen wrench to tighten the clamp. If I remember correctly, I don't think it tightened enough to hold the hopper, and when I went to tighten it more, it snapped.

So lately, I've just been wrapping the hopper tube with duct tape, and pushing it into the feedneck to hold, though it's more just a temporary solution, as every so often that obviously fails. So I'm looking for something, I think it's called a clamp? What would I buy that would fit onto the feedneck of my PMR, that would held secure the hopper to my gun?

A new fedneck should do, juct check what thread it has. and the Evolutions are always tricky hoppers. make sure it clamping.
