Basically, I can't remember the last time I actually adjusted a LPR in one of my Matrices. I probably will soon on my DM5 since it's about time for a LPR maintenance on it though.

uh ok i got ya now. ill go back and count the turns. but about the bolt. does it need to be sticking out some? cause when i look down the feed neck i just see the tip of it...i dont think i see an o-ring or anything but ill have to look again. hope that helps some.

k the bolt is where it is supposed to be, thats exactly what mine looks like. which leads me back to thinking its an o-ring but you.......O!!! O MAN!!! I THINK I KNOW WHAT IT IS!, ok so when you replaced the o-rings did you use the sizes in the manual? the reason i ask is because there is a misprint in the manual that gives you 1 size too small on one of the o-rings, i can probably find wich one it is if you need it but answer my question first so if thats not the case i dont have to dig for it

did you mean the dye website? i just pulled up the proto 6 manual and realized its horrable, they dont even give you sizes for all the o-rings on the bolt

at any rate here is a link to the dm6 manual, both markers use the same bolt so o ring sizes that the dye manual actually has should be good for the PM6 (except for the one that is the wrong size)

http://www.dyematrix.com/manuals/DM6_Manual.pdf

now if your looking at the dye manual look at the o-ring labeled #2 on the bolt, if you look at the size on that it is a #15 o ring, but also look at o ring #9 right next to it, that one is also said to be size 15 and yet they are on two different sized places on the bolt, the o-ring #2 on the bolt is supposed to be size 17 instead, so see what size you used and change it out for a #17 and see what happens

ok, hmmm its coming out the barrel right? if the bolt is all the way back it has to be an o ring problem, and typically the top hat o ring (o-ring 7) but could also be o-ring 3, if you have spares id say replace these again reguardless of what you have already done. lube the bolt back up and try gassing it up again

hmmm, probably just dirty, i dont know anything about the virtue board but eye problems are gennerally easy to fix, if you want to upgrade pick up some laser eyes, they are much easier to see that they are working correctly and add a nice little custom touch to the marker

take them out, use a q-tip, and roll some cotton to a tip on a few of them to clean the holes they look through
