Kind of a noob question but would my 47/3000 Crossfire tank work on the 07? Or would there be any conflicts.

There wouldn't be a problem with it but you may want to look into getting a new tank.

There isn't going to be a problem, but save yourself and get a tank and wait on the ego....

I don't have a gun :S

Well it seems its out of stock anyways so I might as well save up for a tank in the meantime.

Is there any tank in particular I should look into? The gun comes with a reg so is there any point in the tank having one?

Throw in some names for me to look into.

Crossfire is always a common favorite among most players.

Wait...if I'm reading right, your new to paintball. Not brand new, but newer, I would suggest something else besides the 07... Just b/c a gun has a reg doesn't mean your tank doesn't need one. How else would you screw it into the asa. The reg on the tank bring it to around 850 psi. The reg on the gun will bring it to around 200 psi give or take.

Just seems like there are more simple guns out there that would be better.

newer in the sense I havent played in a few years, but I knew enough about paintball to make me look less idiotic than I do now.

you wont have any problem with the tank.
However,
Why kill the lightness of the Ego7 by using a 47/3000 steel tank?

on the other hand.
Since you seem to be competent at least a little,
I think you could get an ego.
I would get a less expensive one though like the 2005 Ego or 2006 Ego(05=500 or so dollars. 06 = 700 or so)

i would look into both of those and use the rest of the money for a new tank.

Any nitro tank will work on any egos!!!
