i know they don't have one, but if i'm going to continue playing in tournaments capped at 15 bps, and the etek definetly shoots that, am i going to see any other real disadvantages. everyone says the etek is efficient, so i call that out. it's cool and all to shoot really fast at a tree, but 15 is good enough for me. that rhymed by the way.

i actually found somewhere i think on pbnation where you can actually modify your frame and put the qev in

that's cool and all, but i'm not into taking the chance of ruining your marker when you just get it. besides, i was wondering if it was such a bad thing to were i should just get an 06.

i dont think it is, i hve an etek and its perfectly fine, one thing you have to remember is 15bps is 15bps whether its an ego or a spyder

i know all this, but does the qev do anyhitng such as give less kick, produce less noise, more accurate, anything at all to were it would be a better choice to go with an 06 than an etek.

TOTAL noob question what the hell is a QEV?

QEV = Quick Exhaust Valve

It makes rams vent air quicker so they perform better.

The performance difference between an Ego6 and an Etek is negligible, particularly if the ETek has some upgrades like a new trigger or board.
