Question HELP ME! 05 Ego barrel breaks.

ARGGG I'm frustrated, I can't figure out why I keep getting barrel breaks.
Can you guys/girls give me info on something that would cause this problem?

Its not my barrel, I tried it on my ecocker with the same paint and I had no problems.

My dwell is set to 10, my lpr is 1.5 turns from flush.

Can it maybe be my rammer cap screw setting?

I have no idea what to do, THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!

Ps: I'm using a tadao board.

Turn your LPR to flush, turn dwell up to 12, chrono.
