low battery, bad wiring, eyes are on and not blocked.

Try those first.

i tried the battery and the wires are NEW what about the eays?

if they're turned on and nothing is in the breach, the solenoid will not activate. This is the way they are supposed to operate.

i put my finger in the feed neck and still no clicking?
