-If a gun is sent not how it was agreed to be sent (broken, not working):
--I hold the gun until cash is sent to me to ship it back ($20) (don't like my $20 price? dont send broken CRAP!!!)
--If you sending money was a part of the deal, I keep the money and ship it back.
--I fix it and you pay me what i spent and I take something of value out of our trade. You wasted my time.
--If one of the above is not met, the gun is mine until then. You wont get my end of the deal until you work out your problem.
