1.) Pink flumed water pipe (tobacco use only) - $90 + shipping

2.) Moroccan Hookah with two hoses (tobacco use only) - $100 + shipping

Both items are BRAND new and will be thoroughly cleaned before shipment so that you don't have to! These items are for tobacco use only ( ), so don't let me catch you toking the ganja in these beautiful pieces.

Shipping is $20 per item. The reason for the slightly high price is that the items in question are somewhat easily breakable and therefore require much more packing material and larger boxes to prevent complications when shipping.

(Note: the blue water pipe is one of my personal favorites and is currently being used by me; it's an original Kaos pipe, one of the best available in the world. Unless you can offer what it's worth, which is $200+, it's not for sale.)

(Note #2: the reason the image links are from eBay is because that is where I purchased the pipes I am now selling and I have not yet taken my own pictures to display.)

I don't see why there is any cause to close this. This is not drug paraphernalia at all, it is a simple tobacco hookah. These items are used for smoking tobacco only, which is totally legal. Mike even specifies that these are for tobacco only, so why close it?

Selling these items is the same as selling an ash-tray.

There have been threads like this before, and they have been closed before.

The problem is that these items, either wrongly or not, are traditionally considered drug pariphelalia despite your objections to the contrary. This site is not the place to sell these items as even in most states seliing tobbaco products to minors is illegal. So hence, no matter what, this is advocating an illegal buisness transaction over interstate commerce (which makes it Federal) by a) selling drug parephelaia, or b) selling tobbaco products on a site that caters mostly to minors.

I have talked with admins about this in the past, and Admins like Menace have agreed with me and closed and deleted threads.

You have the right to disagree with me, just as I have a right to disagree with you.

i agree with medic on that one.. it is true that most poeple that would see these things, and buy them are minors... they'd probably be the one to buy it also thinking thesee things are "cool".......

I won't sell to anyone who's not 18 and doesn't provide a valid photo ID. Nobody who doesn't know exactly what they're using this for will buy this, that point is moot.

whoa, easy rod. I did not close this as 'a display of power'. The thread got reported and I didn't see anything wrong with closing it for a short time until I got an official response from a super/admin. I honestly could have cared less, but the 3 other people who opinions I have heard, have all said it was inappropriate. Sorry if I offended the omnipotent mike, I was just tryin to do my job. Sorry if I was wrong, but don't accuse me of abusing my powers.

I think that the items being sold are for tobaccuo use, but I don't think the items should be allowed to be sold since they could potentially be used for other purposes. From this point on... any item that could be used for drug related activity should not be allowed to be sold.
