from my personal experience you would be better off with a spyder..... but for the price a a omen you could about get a ion or bko...the main problem i see with the omen is the recoking pressure(if it is not set perfect the cam feed will bust the ball by hittin them to hard....)

to me the impulse always looked like it weighs 5 and a half pounds.
dont listen to anyof these guys man, they dont know what they're talking about, they're just sayig what they heard other people say. the omen is a good gun, but like an autococker its either, get it set up by a tech and dont touch it, or learn how to do it yourself (which is quite easy) using the manual, which is very thorough and explanatory.
However, omens do have ****ty resale because of guys like these that just say random stupid crap about guns just to bash them.
i dont understand why you guys dont say timmys are crap and all that... they need constant care and lubing, how is that different from an omen? whatever.
I would recommend an ion, those have awesome resale, and many guys would trade their high end guns for ions + cash. I know sometimes you want to be different, and then its you're choice.... do you want to be different? or do you want to be able to trade / sell the marker later on?

A omen is a sensitive gun...Ive heard good and bad things...but I would choose an Ion over an Omen, so...good choice.

Actually the new omen is allot nicer. after setting the recock that gun runs amazing. the thing is you have to set it depending on the speed of the player and their hopper. it can go up to 25 bps w/ the new board and the cams never chop a ball NEVER!!! the only way you could chop w/ an omen is if you are a dum@$$ and can't read the directions. its just amazing to me how we waste so many tax dollars to go toward schooling and people can't even read a very good manual and dis an awesome gun!!
I personally would want an omen over an ion because i can read!!!
