Hey, my friend has a Piranah... I think its a evo and the reg is leaking. Its leaking from the little hole on the side. My best guess is that it is some sort of safety thing for if you turn it up to high it releases the pressure. my question is how do I go about fixing this? I've adjusted it, I've lubed it, I've done just about everything I can think of. Checked seals and everything seems to be fine. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

it's not a saftey thing. i'm not familiar with the specific reg, but the problem is either a leak through the threads of one of the elbows or a blown o-ring somewhere inside. use teflon tape on the threads and take it apart and lube every o-ring, replacing any that need it.

^^^That problem has nothing to do with the regulator. its caused by 1) too strong of a hammer spring 2) too weak of a valve spring or 3) a bad cup seal. you honestly don't have to cock it first if your gun is tuned and properly maintained.
