Evo
OK guys. Im just getting back into paintball after takin a year off. I have to get a new gun so i can play cuz i sold my cocker (thinking i would never play again) BAD MOVE. Anyways. I was looking at the Piranha EVO. Its in my price range. I would get a Wrath but i dont have the money and i am impatient. Anyways, does anyone have anything to say to me or this gun, and are there any other guns in the 200 dollar price range that are worth buying. Thx guys.

Sharpeye is right but one minor change imagine + egg 2 + new barrel = set for a few months

Really the EVO is that bad. I tried my friends imagine and i really didnt like it all that much. And also spyders are notorious for freezing in the winter.

OK OK what about instead of imagine... i get the Piranha SRT, revvy, barrel? I dunno i jus like Piranhas, plus every new player has the imagine.
Wait SRT is crap..i dunno i might just get the EVO, wait like a couple weeks and then up.  |

its your call. Spyders do not freeze up more than Pirahahas, Brass Eagles, or Viewloaders. Co2 is what makes it freeze up, not the weather. Just get the most basic electric blowback you can get. They are all the same anyways

I would highly recommend the piranha evo...
most of the people saying spyder imagin probley never even used a evo correct?
**EDIT**
You probley don't need to get a new barrel with the Evo either... Although it will be a plus ;-)

yeah i read the boss trigger and bolt is a must. I dont think im ganna run it on co2 cuz i heard the EVO doesnt run it well. Thx for the advice guys

do NOT get an imagine, I have an srt...... and im looking for a cheap evo. Ive played w/ an imagine, an evo and of course my srt. Good job on stickin w/ the fish. (BEST BEST [cant stress enough] customer service) I would take the evo w/ j&j barrel kit (60-75 ebay) and a boss trigger (20) Evos are capped at 18-19 and there is an aftermarket board out for it at $90 which has an uncapped rate of fire. Not to mention the evo has eyes!!!!! NO CHOPS. imagins chop like you wont imagine! :damn im good!: If your gonna go blowback, get one w/ eyes, which is the evo!

Hmm... I got an Evo... deff. dont shoot no 18-19 bps...
More like 16 Bps but yes you can buy a board for it to make it 'uncapped' so the website says...
Either way... Evo...

go with the evo..thats all i can say.....i've just ordered mine and its got 5 firing modes besides semi (e-force)..its worth the extra money from the srt or the gti
