I cock it, put air to it and shoot, then it doesn't cock again.
It takes a hard pull to cock it the first time, so I believe it's not blowing back hard enough to recock. Should I cut the spring down some? Any ideas?
Both your valve spring and your hammer spring need to be weakened, either by trimming or with a spring kit. And a good internal polish (Mainly around the hammer and valve pin for this problem) can also help.
Thanks, Pizza. Yea, the inside looks scarred a little bit so a good polishing and lube should help. I just wanted to make sure it was an ok idea to cut the springs a little. I'll look into a spring kit, but I just want to get it shooting for now.
