you could be firing to fast and the balls just arent dropping in your gun fast enogh (get an electric hopper), the barrel cold be too small for the paint, the paint could be dimpled.try switching barrels, see what happens, or fire like 1 bps, and see if any break, if they do than its your barrel/paint match, if they dont you were firing too fast/ the balls werent dropping fast enough.

Paint to barrel match? What kind of hopper do you have?

if you plan on shooting fast deg a revy or the like. though if its gettin cought halfway, the paint may be swollen, it should never get cought in the neck. at least nothing that ive ever heard of.

What have we learned today: NEVER try to trick out a spyder, its just not worth it.

Actually, the ball should stop in the barrel if you just drop it in. It should stop just after you drop it in and a slight breath should blow it out. If it rolls right through, or is hard to blow out, it is not a good match. If it sticks in the middle, it's probably a swollen ball or a crap barrel.
