Exclamation hElpZ0r!!!!

ok my dad's gti eforce works fine with co2, but when he hooks up my old hpa tank i used to used on my ion, it leaks out the barrel. somebody at my local field said i have to replace the o-rings inside the gun, but i figuered he was on crack cus if that was the problem, wouldnt the co2 leak as well? i dont know . any help would be appreciated!

I think the temperature of the co2 is causing the o-rings somewhere to swell. When room temperature HPA is present, the o-rings won't swell, and you therefore get a leak.

But I may happen to be on crack as well, so take what I say with caution.

hmm..yeah ive heard of people having problems with switching b/t CO2 and HPA. thats really weird. but once you get it fixed, maybe you should just use HPA and stick with it (you'll have to buy another tank i guess). its better for the gun anyway in the long run.

it may be because the pressure of Hpa is more than the pressure per square inch of c02. Try replacing your cup sear, it could have become damaged just enough for a certain amount of pressure to hurt it.
