I just got mine as some of you know from the birthday incident and i went to use it and during playing i noticed my burst and full auto were not working so after we finished i went home opened it up made sure the tourny lock was off, which it was. maybe its dirty? i only used it once and it was indoor.

first of all turn your gun on....press the burst button, and try to fire. if all else fells then maybe its not charged enough or somthing is messed up with the sear. check the board also.

my buddies GTI was like that when he got it. You have to put the battery on it and stick a screwdriver accross the terminals, this will reset the circuit board and it will work great after that. You can call up PMI if you don't believe me.

the only thing i could think it is is the tornie swich which you checked so check it agin and if that dont work make sure the buttons are aligned with the buttons on the board probly not the problem but couldnt hurt...
