piranha feed neck threads
my bro needs to get a new feed neck for his piranha because his revvy dosnt fit in the stock one...... do piranha's have the same threads as a spyder for the feed necks?
i would guess they do..... but just double checking.

...just sand down the revvy or put tape over to get it to fit if its to big or too small...don't money for a new feedneck for a gun he would't have/use for more than a year if he got into the sport

I purchased an Evil Smokestack with Impulse threads, and after a number of tries, it threaded and screwed on. I believe the crux of the issue is the paint/ano/whathaveyou fills in the gaps of the threading ever so slightly. Although marginal, this filling is just enough to make the first few attempts to join to the two together uproductive. Keep at it, and eventually the black covering (at least in my case) on the Smokestacks threads will wear off. At which point it will thread quite easily.
I might also add that the Smokestack was a welcome addition to my marker, though my Halo TSA has a tendency to swing around inside it. I'll be adding some electircal tape to the bottom of my hopper to increase its diameter. Hopefully this will shore up the gap nicely.

is the revvy to big? or to small?
if to big just sand it down a little until it fits
if to small get some electric tape (the thin black stuff) and wrap it around the neck of the hopper (use enough to where the hopper wont turn or move on its own)

www.pmipaintball.com look at the model/year and it will say which type of threading it has.
