I was messin around with my gun and i took the sides of the grip off of my EXT pro and this ball or spring popped out of the safety and now if i put the safety on and pull the trigger, it turns the safety off....

well, you shouldn't have lost that. call up PMI and get a new set.

not really fermilier with mech piranha frames. But take you saftey out and how a saftey works is it goes behind the trigger and wont let you pull it and then theres a milled out spot on it for the trigger to move. so just take the saftey out and rig up something like shove a piece of plastic behind the trigger and take it out when you dont want a saftey on.

You most likely either lost the small ball-bearing which fits behind the spring, or you simply didn't re-assemble correctly.

Consult your manual for the proper assembly, if in fact you still do have the ball-bearing. In the mean-time, keep that barrel condom on .

i might still have it, i found it in the carpet. it was a ball and/or a spring

the same thing happend to me, they rocketed across my room, a pen spring doesent work, you gave to call pmi and get a safety ball and safety spring.
