Dropping balls
Well I've noticed that my Piranha Pro TS G3 doesn't shoot as straight as most paintball guns. I got a shocktech piranha bolt cause I heard it was supposed to fix that, but it simply won't work in my gun.
So anyway I was thinking about a new barrel, since the stock one is only a 10", but is it really worth it to upgrade a HP marker barrel? Or would it just be best to sell it and get a LP marker?(i heard that low pressure guns are supposed to shoot straighter or something)

Your marker is "Dropping Balls" due to a lack of consistent airflow. Take apart your marker, and clean it thoroughly. If that doesn't help, try some larger bore paintballs.
Low pressure just means better effiency is most cases, not straighter shots.

Hmm well that does make sense...see there's a small air leak in the regulator that I wasn't able to get repaired before todays game because the paintball store repair guy was at the Memphis Indoor Challenge. I keep my gun very clean at all times, though.

I said I have a Pro TS G3, there is a Pro TS with storm frame, but that's not what I have. Yes, I have stock PE reg, but I figure if I'm gonna spend $60 to get a good reg, $40 on a better barrel, and have already spent $60 on a drop w/ on/off valve, why not just buy a cocker and give the drop and on/off to it?
I have also spent $30 on a shocktech piranha bolt, but it won't work in my gun, so I'm getting rid of that....

Now that I think about it, don't you have to time your autococker, even it's it's not an eblade? My friend has an autococker with an eclipse blade on it and he seems to think he needs to time his. I want a gun I don't have to constantly fiddle with to get to work, so is an autococker low-maintinence?

Once you have a cocker timed and set up it'll work fine as long as you don't mess with it.

cockers are not low maintenance, they need constant cleaning / lubing / and part timing from the to operate right.

Yeah my brother is getting me a new gun for Christmas and is gonna use my old one. I think I'm goin' for Piranha EXT pro 2k4, but I've also got my eye on the mongoose II reincarnation LCD. Autocockers are too expensive with all the upgrades you have to put on them, so I'm not gonna get one of those.
In fact the more I look at it right now and it's features, I'm thinkin' the mongoose would be a much better deal than the Piranha....

Yeah I researched the mongoose and it's not as good as they make it seem.
But why go for the Evo? It's just an EXT pro 2k4 with eyes, and I've got a hopper that's too fast to out shoot.
