If someone wanted to start a feild would some kind of licence be required. and how expensive would it be?

You'd have to own the land, and an airball field is a few thousand bucks, and on top of that you'll need some scuba tanks and fill stations.

you wouldnt need a license, but you need liability insurance and stuff

I think you would need a buisness license. . . . not sure.

You also need the plot of land to be re-zoned to fit whatever your city considers paintball.
