Requirements

I dont plan on opening a field any time soon, but some day it would be cool. I was curious if you would have to have your property zoned for this type of business. I know that there are business and residential zones but would a paintball place have to be zoned as a special type or is it just a business zone? What I am asking is can you turn just any property into a paintball field for profit?

Just make suer there isnt any zoning laws already in your area that would not allow you to open it.

Okay, so I wanted to get some friends over and make a paintball field for just us (preferably one that can be in a field and that can be moved well. I had an idea of using some very heavy fabric stapled to some strong wood with VERY strong staples. Would it work? And do people really care if the paintballs break on the bunkers? Just wondering if that would work, thanks. Also, most kids think that the trashcan stuff is too n00bish, so any other suggestions that a few kids could afford with their own money? Thanks.

EDIT: Okay, I can't delete this. Why? And . . . SORRY if I accidently posted in the wrong place. I clicked wrong and ended up in a different place then I thought.

how about you don't hijack peoples threads.

as for zoning laws you would have to take that up with your city council office. you're probably limited to areas such as warehouses or old industrial parks/army bases.

at least thats how it works in toronto.
