Locally, the center of my neighborhood we have a large park. It is private, only the people in my 'hood are allowed to use it. I ran it by all of the neighbors and they said they were cool with it that we build a private speedball field.
I need to net off the field, and net the top of the field to keep balls from flying out of the top.(we are close enough to an airport hit landing planes) then fence that off; 12 foot fences so lil' kids don't sneak in during play. Then build a shed to house the bunkers, probably use barrels cause their cheap. And maybe stock that with some paintballs.
I'll keep you posted if this actually happens.

I think your better off going out of the city. It just sounds like you'll run into problems tring to put it there.

that sounds awesome, i wanted to do something like that in the woods next to my house, but there's houses all over the place, so where'd you get your nets? and are they really close knitted?
