2-a compressor is too expensive Iam thinking of useing scuba tanks to fill there are alot of dive shops is that wise ?

3- setting up the netting does that need alot of tools work digging ect... or can I find a simple way ?

1. Not so far that people are discouraged. But far enough so that you can offer a variety of fields.
2. No, a compressor is absolutely essential if you ever have large crouds. Scubas will work fine for a couple fills, after that, they won't give a full fill. With a large croud, you'd need to have 30-40 scubas to ensure sufficient air for all day play. Best thing is to have 4 or 5 scubas hooked up in parrallel, so that it fills from #1 - #5, so that #5 maintains it's pressure the longest, and have a compressor set to fill the scubas back up when they hit a certain level. It's expensive, but it WILL be worth it in the long run if you get a lot of business.
3. Tools, not really. Some digging. Put posts in ground, attach netting to posts. Use zip ties on netting when it inevitably tears until it's tooo badly damaged to repair. Pretty simple really.
4. Rentals, what to use? How many fields? All airball, all speedball, all woodsball, or a mixture? If airball, repairing and replacing damaged bunkers. If airball, leaf blowers will be needed to reinflate. For speedball and airball, you should occassionally close a field, smooth it out, replant grass to keep it in good condition for playing (noone likes trenches at the bunker, or sliding over dirt as hard as concrete). Prices...being a monopoly you will be able to set your own prices, BUT set them too high, and you won't get enough traffic to make a profit. Too low and they won't cover expenses. What brands of paint to carry? Where to store the paint to ensure you have enough, but can still easily get to it to rotate to ensure it won't go bad? Security, need to make sure things don't wander away form the field. How to identify players that have paid....many fields use armbands. 1 field I go to I really could slip in and play for free, as they have no way to identify who's paid and who hasn't. Do you want to offer a full "pro-shop" type deal onsite where people can have their own guns repaired and buy new guns and upgrades, or just enough stuff to service and repair your rentals? I'm sure there's still lots of other things, but that's all I can remember for now.

thanks for the info on the netting and scuba tanks so 1 full sccba tank can only fill two 48/3000 tanks ??

how often do the paintballs need to be rotated ?

people dont know paitball here so Iam thinking maybe 50 to 60 will show up each week all newbes, so I only need 1 field about the size of a speedball field. the poeple wont use that much paint maybe 200 per player
I can profit like that. if I find people that want to buy thier own markers I will think of opening a pro-shop but for now a field is enough

No, it'll give a full fill on several 3000psi tanks. About 2 full fills on a 4500psi tank.

Paintballs should be rotated ~every month, some places do every 2 weeks. Just flip the boxes over so dimples don't form.

You'll want to make sure to have enough room to grow. 1 field, whhile it might be fine to start, will definitely restrict you greatly if more players want to play. Doubly so some people who will prefer a woodsball/scenario type of play.

The above scuba system is called a cascade system.. You should be able to rent a large compressor from the likes of sunbelt or united rentals to get you started..
