Chicago paintba

I am planning to create a new facility in an abandoned police station on Chicago's West Side. I'd love to hear ideas to make this a state of the art facility. Any and all thoughts are welcome! What's necessary, what to avoid, etc. It's about 16500 square feet, two floors and a complete basement. Two bays: one for cruiser one for ambulance. Entrance to first floor and entrance to basement are functional. Fifty car parking lot is adjacent and an alley runs alongside the property, if that matters. Thanks!
