If I build it, will you come?
The field will be located in Hawaii, we are planning on having it air conditioned. There will be two fields, one sup air and one a "geometry field." The bunkers will be wooden cubes that are painted black. The field turf will be astroturf. The fields will be 25yd x 50 yd ideally. At the minimum, they will be 20x40. Thats all that I haven't included in the attachment below. Tell me what you think and what I could do to improve.

I'd come if I went to Hawaii. You need to change the hours, though. More like 11-6 or so. And I'm liking your paint prices.

Well, by far the most important question is:
WHAT ARE THE OTHER FIELDS LIKE? How many are there?
You have to be honest, and ask yourself? Is there enough demand in your area to warrant the opening of another field?
6 years ago, we had NO fields in the area. 3 years ago, we had 10.
There was HUGE glut of fields, and they all battled each other of prices, and eventually most of them went out of business.
The prices you mentioned are the "standard", but if a nearby field has BYOP and "all day air" your customers might demand it.
What type of player are you targeting? Where will you advertise? Fields that target towards "newbies" can often charge more because they might be the only field the Newbs know about (via advertising).
Sometimes it helps to cater towards "private groups" like church youth-groups, bachelar parties, POLICE, etc.
It might help out in the beginning to send out special "coupons" or "flyers" for free-game, or "buy 1, get 1 admission free".
I also helps to sponsor teams. Require them to play 2-3 games at OTHER FIELDS, WHILE displaying your banner. This often is your best form of advertising.
Ultimately, your prices and policies will likely be dictated by the nearby fields you are in competition with. Paintball is NOT an easy way to make money. Most field owners do it because the love paintball.
Anyway. I think I am in the FURTHEST state from Hawaii right now. So, sorry, I don't expect to be there any time soon.

some of those rules are harsh...I mean how are people supposed to learn how to slide if they don't try out different slides during a game...

They won't seem so harsh when your sued because some kid injured himself when sliding on your field.
We'll teach them how to slide. Under our supervision.

Dude, Id up the max FPS, I mean, 250 is kinda low, most fields shot at 280-300. Just a thought.

His field will be indoor. Most indoor fields shoot around 240-260.

Is this about the FPS? Safe speeds on an indoor field is around 250. Even though people are signing waivers you must realize that you have to keep things safe. Otherwhys you insurance won't cover your business anymore.

field policy is zero injuries. Which means, 250 fps and no sliding. and no jumping over bunkers. I should add that

No sliding? You sure about that, maybe just no supermans, but i wouldn't suggest saying no slides period.
