Besides our local pb field, my parents seem to not like the idea of me playing elsewhere. We have my backyard, my neighbors backyard (havnt heard if we can play on it or not) , and a bunch of woods behind an elementary school.They think that were gonna take our masks off and die or something. So i say, "ok then we'll have one kid be ref for a game then switch off". Then they say well we don't trust some of your friends. And im like " then just me and my brother can play." They keep saying no. Any suggestions besides just give up?

By the way they dont trust my friends because they're still acting like little kids/noobs. One was pointing the gun at my brother and thought the safety was on but it wasnt and he shot him in the leg. Then my friend took his mask off right after a game when walking back to the safe zone. ( his first time , but a noobish thing to do).

whatever you do DONT play behind an elementary school. it seems like your parents wont change their minds. sorry dunno how to help.

Yeah paintballs can travel quite a distance and go out of the woods and hit property or someone else.

Dude, it took my parents like forever before they said I could play paintball, but thwen we vistited Arizona and I played with my cousin nand like ever since they think it's awesome, my mom buys my paint and evrything!

dude just throw all ur stuff in a bag and sneak out. your parents will get used to it after a while. just have an excuse for where u were like the movies or sumthin cuz grounded from the paintball gun is the worst like(six months with no gun because i blew some stupid stuff up)

It might just flat out not be legal to play in the woods in your area.

hmm well my parents dont let me do some things but they always let me play paintball.. they even buy me co2 and paintballs but probally cuz my dad used to play all the time and they trust my friends (i think) ive never even played at a field we always play in the woods somewhere lol.. just keep begging, it always works eventually just swear u will make sure everyone follows safety rules and u will never take ur mask off untill the games over (or something)

k, ur biggest mistake was asking ur parents...what ur parents dont kno cant hurt them....#2, dont play with jackasses, or ull get hurt

do u parents care if like u play at ur local pb feild...like i mean u getting welts n stuff is that wut their worried about..and dont play by an elementary skool ull make the lil kiddies cry...

Convincing Parents Article. try that it may help. If that doesnt work play it to your advantage tell them that it is free to play in those places and that if you can play in those areas you would like your parents to buy you a membership to the local feild. Dont play by the school though it is not a great idea because you can accidently hit the build or a passer by and then you would have a nice law suit on you hands.
