fep quest power button

I got my friends old quest. It was the frame, body, feed neck, asa, reg, and solenoid. i just got a cp barrel, dye reg, ego asa, inoviq board/chip, grips, clamping headlock, etc... Just waiting on the solenoid part, grip screws, and the rear frame screw. Problem is, I don't know how to put the power button in to where it will secure. It'll fall out with little force. anyone know what to do or at least have a suggestion.

BAH!!! I just had the red one out today too to put my new tank away!! I'll try to check that tomorrow, I'm not familiar with how the button is designed off the top of my head.

Well I had talked to CPS and they said that the button on the board is supposed to hold it in. They sent me a short and a long button. the long fits but i don't know. I have an inoviq in mine.

I knew you had the Quest, just wasn't thinking about you man, my apologies

Any way the board hold the button in?
Just the button sitcking through the frame or some kinda pad that sticks to the button?

yes, it appears on the was board that there is a button attached to the board and then a small metal cylinder that is wedged between the board and sticks slightly out the grip. Nothing really holding it in there other than lack of space to more.
