Hey guys

Just set up my project salvo marker(salvo marker, stock barrel, cyclone feed system, HPA tank) and had my air tank filled at the local scuba store. The first few rounds i fired were amazingly accurate then suddenly my marker started chopping paint. I cleaned everything out and when I tried it out again the balls were coming out of the gun extremely fast and dangerously inaccurate (spinning extremely fast in random directions). To me this sounds like something went wrong with the velocity as I then tried reducing the velocity by screwing in the velocity screw but this had no effect. The gun is unplayable now as it still chops most of the shots and the shots that do come out are terribly inaccurate. Any ideas guys? I'm hoping the gun isnt broken. I do have my warranty but I'm just hoping I don't have to send it back, considering I literally just opened it today. Any help is appreciated.

sounds like the velocity is set too high. you should be shooting around 270-300fps. next time you use it, go chrono it and see what speed it's actually shooting at

thanks for the quick reply. I will give that a try although I have already tried adjusting the velocity screw and that didn't seem to have any effect..

If the screw isn't adjusting your velocity, there's your problem.

Ok is this something that's easily fixable (if it's just the screw) or should I take it into a pb store?

it's worth asking them so they can show you what the problem is chances are they'll know because they have hundreds of tippman rentals.

I just want to buy this gun but after taking review I finally bought the AK-47 for me...!!!
