what do you do if you uploaded a jpeg image but the location under properties does not end in .jpg

nevermind what is said before but i made a free web site that has my picture that i want and the size i want but when i try to use it it shows it way to big can someone resize it for me

allright, my image has been uploaded onto angelfire, and now i cant figure out how to find the url of it, or wutever. its uploaded, and now i dont kno wut to do. im confoosed 
~edit: i think its in .bmp format...how do i change that?

testing this out to see if the picture in my sig worked. it should have my tippman owner banner allong with asome text above the picture. if it didnt work i dont know what went wrong.

how come sometimes people do the thing where it shows the attached image box and it shows the picture. when i try to attach an image it has the same "attached images" box but it has links to my pictures instead of the pictures. i tried using that url to post it as a picture but it didnt work, wtf is up with that |

the post before that is what i am trying to explain, some of the pictures just appear (from using [img] and [/img]) and the last one says attached image but it still appears as a picture |
