This is a PM that he sent me cause I told him to not assign people numbers in the Spyders Owners forum cause he didn't have the consent of NYY. Can someone ban him please?

yeah maybe a warning would be better. All I know is he the first thing he ever said to us was:

I'm getting impatient, someone make me a ****ing banner like the e-99 one only with an Electra instead.

Whoever has authority that deals with this tough should definately read all the stuff in the Spyder Owners section.
