Well, I went to the TAC Admin cp and went into templates and found the reply screen one, and the coding for email subscription, and discovered quite easily how to hack it into quick reply.

Cobra- Take this code:
[php]<input type="checkbox" name="email" value="yes" $emailchecked> <b>Subscribe to thread</b>[/php]

and paste it somewhere in the quick reply part of your showthread template

I'll have him look at this next time he's on

Since austin is a moron and doesn't get it, it puts an email subscription option like in the normal reply into the quick reply box.

Yes. It works fine. It won't automatically check it for you, you manually check it, but it's fine. You check it and reply, you'll be subscribed to the thread. [just tested]

PM/IM/Email the code in showthread template for your quick reply and I'll find out where it goes if you don't have the time.
