Hey I tried to do a couple of webpages so you could upload my pic but unfortunately it don't work!!

If i would send my pic to a moderator he could put it for me?

Actually the server still isn't allowing uploads directly to it. I think you can link to a URl with your avatar uploaded to it though. See the STICKY POST about avatars in this forum.
