It means the pic didn't work. Probibly the wrong url. Here is the explenation from the RMG forum.

nah, i was gonna buy it, but didnt, im gonna ask people in the thread with skurges Rainmaker if they think i should have bought it, because i really want an electro (i dont know y, just one of those wierd urges)

For $250.00 I would have went for it. It has atleast another $150.00 or so dollors added onto it. That is if you buy it exactly the way it looks.
