Yea, it can be a lot of work sometimes (especially for Admins) but, I actually post more now as a mod, then when I was a regular member. The more forums you have to mod the more work it is, but it is still an enjoyable job.

after being a mod and admin on a few sites (paintballresource.org, stockclasspaintball.com, pbo.cjb.net, etc) I have came to the conclusion being a mod isn't all it is cracked up to be. Sure, posting in a secret forum, editing posts, and getting your name up on the top of hte forum page is awesome. But it does get old. I was better off waiting and EARNING my mod/admin spots.

And, rule #1 is, DON'T ASK

I was just wondering but who are these new moderators Jhards and Austin. I never saw them before or their posts and all of a sudden boom I see one of their posts and they're a mod just wondering.

They have been mods for a little while now. Jhardy is a piranha "specialist." We needed someone to cover piranha and he was it. Austin....well he has been around for a while and he is new to the sport but he is good at keeping things in order. He even reminds me to do stuff when I forget.

If you see anything that dosent follow the rules then report it. Also if you act good yourself hopefully others will follow your example. Thats all I can think of

Although in the chatrooms you've been saying lately that you didn't want to be a mod even if you were asked, but whatever, right?
