We're working on improving the forums every day. Right now, we are still establishing a better moderating staff... thus far it seems great, but its obvious that we do need more moderators with good knowledge and attidute.

Ya talking about being a mod and stuff, im trying to start to get on alot more and change my attitude toward some of the newbs on the forums so some of the admins and mods and them people will keep a eye out for me when they are looking for mods!

more mods isnt the case, its the maturity level of some of the ones you have already that gets me. Like ImHungry for example, I've seen him flame alot..mods shouldnt do that, they should be stopping and not instigating (sp?) Some topics should be dropped because it leads straight to flaming and arguing...like the which gun is better topic...there should also be people who dont hate the guns they moderate in that type gun section. Like a mod who is constantly flaming spyders, shouldnt be moderating the spyder section, etc. Im a recent addition to the paintball-forum but not to forums in general and have seen some pretty enjoyable forums, this one has a ways to go but it can be done if you can get the mods to stop flaming people. Maybe its because some are 14 years old? I don't know, but a definite maturity level needs to be gained before someone takes a leadership role. Why should anyone else mind if they see a person of authority doing it? Just a thought

Imhungry and PowerHouse have cut back on flamming a ton. They dont flame at all, nor do any of us mods really. Since you are new you really dont know all the inside jokes and such like genshu and stuff. If you dont like this forum you can leave i guess.

Well first of all, you should call it debateing, not argueing. In threads like that members are debateing.

If you wanted a better forum, then you should have been here in 2K2. It was alot nicer than it is now. Ofcourse back then we had three of the biggest flamers at one time that have ever been on these forums (PH, Sab, Airsoft), but it was great.

I should leave because "i dont know about inside jokes" yea thats a real winner right there. Get rid of someone because you cant control your staff and some other peeps. Think about what you just said. It may have well been, "dude get lost because were mods and we can do as we please." They havent stopped flaming is my point. Look around or do I need to send you the posts again? Wait, thats right...."as mods we will look over that" isnt that your exact words to me in the PM? Try moderating and less running people off.
