I just put my cursor over someone who had a -5 rep, and it said the following:

"XXX A bad reputation"

Should'nt it be 'XXX has a bad reputation'?

yes and when people had high rep points before the system was changed there was also a lot of errors with it. like yours right now says 'Gabriot No established reputation.' instead of gabriot has no established reputation' also i dont think they should have periods in it either, it just doesnt look right

If there was a comma or semicolon or something it would work.
