People became established and elite members back when everyone was abusing the system. You need to get rid of those titles. People who don't deserve to be established, are established. And people who don't deserve to be elite, are elite. Fix it.

It doesnt matter, You have to have a certain amount of posts and be a member for a certain amount of time. So if you meet those requirements you are established or elite.
