KK Baller Banning
Why was KK Baller banned? He broke no rules at all, and I think this is an unfair banning. I really liked this new member, he had some common sense in him. Could you give me some valid reasons as to why he was banned?

It was pat. Pat's screen name is i was a commy something. KK Baller posted in the B/S/T forum with that screen name. We knew it was pat.

We have recieved complaints on him and we do not have to have a reason to ban people. (Although we did have a reason). He had his chance here.

Oh yeah, and as for Pat, I never even heard of him. was he from the old days or something? Figuring.

Pat (otherwise known as j00_sux0r) was a cool member for a while but then turned into a flaming idiot and got himself IP banned numerous times. In the past few days he's been trying to make a comeback and this was just his latest attempt.
Just because a member is 'cool' doesn't mean we're going to be lenient and remove a ban- other banned members like sabman, Pat, Nick, PowerHouse and labelskate are considered 'cool' by some, but they deserved their bans. It's not easy for Pat to avoid the IP ban because we scan IPs for matches and end up catching him on every new account we find. Not to mention his trademark style of flaming and acting e-cool is unmistakable...
P.S...If you have a problem with a user, keep it out of public view. If you feel a user is breaking the rules (flaming, spamming, etc) just click on the 'report this post' button or just PM/IM a mod. Let US take care of it, don't make it worse and get a warning yourself.
