Like for example if you get a certain amount of rep points you lose a warning. this would motivate people to get rep points instead of the "e-cool" factor

No. The only modification to rep points that will happen is that supporters will e able to give/take.

NO cuz if some member lets say gets 100 rep points and then does something totally against forum rules (such as posts pr0n or something) then it would mean that its only a warning.......

I donno, like some have siad people would abuse thier points. But if they were good enuf to get them would they abuse?
