Can mods have a bigger avatar, if so then wat size? Wat r other things mods can do besides close, delete, and edit fourms?

it doesn't exsist
mods get paid a small fee for each section they mod so for example I take on only one section and am paid much less then say duo or austin. Mods also get to sample gear everyonce in a while from xpaintball to be shown on directpaintball.com which is our parent website. We can see every post you delete and sometimes get a little respect for keepin it clean.

but seeing you have asked to be one we will probably never ask...kinda sucks huh.
generally it goes like this. Sit on the forum for a year unnoticed do some good posting and help people out...stay out of the lounge. Then when you have built a rep for your self start talking more about other things than paintball in the lounge. Don't worry about the perks because they don't matter. I started modding because I was asked to fill a void when another mod had to leave. plain and simple I did it to help the forum and keep it up because I liked the forum not because I dreadfully wanted to be a mod.

i can't give out that info. pretty much its like working an hour a night....they don't pay us minimum wage so it doesn't add up to fast. But I would be on the forum anyway so i will accept it.

remember man...you need to have litterally thousands of good posts before people will even remember you and you also need to not have any controversy. never pick fights keep a cool head and help as much as possible even if it means looking stuff up for them.

yea thats spam right there...you don't just make a post about crying...post in other places. The average mod has about 1000 usefull posts. my boy bunkermonkey up top didn't even need that many because he is so pimp. He knows everything about angels so when direct paintball needed a review on the angel speed when it first came out...guess who got a free angel...bunkermonkey. Location isn't a biggy they just ship it to you. Its just a perk.

Well right now, i'm mainly just trying 2 help others and answer their questions about things I know. I even made a new siggy, lol. I'll go for a good position but anything that comes up will be good. Now i gotta get my post count up, i've spent 2 much time in the lounge.
