How can i make my picture of my RT smaller to a size that can fit onto one of the posts?

you need to do one of two things
1 use a photo editing program to resize the pic or
2 upload it to a site such as homestead.com and link to your post using the IMG tags in the vb code and it should work like this

The pic i want to send in is 52,418 bytes so i can only make it look smaller but i cant get the size of it smaller like under 25,000

You need a photo editor that can compress / optimize file size.

use can use less colors on the pic as well heres a good tutural about that

and that Xed box means something was typed wrong more than likely which program are you using to edit the pic?

just make the pixels 90 by 90 then resize it to look right

ok tha time it did absolutely nothing....i know a better way to do this maybe i could send it to somebody who knows what there doing and then they could post it......i just gotta find a kind soul that would do it

ok dude i did it right and tried it and the picture size was fine but the file size is to big. the picture is to high of quality so even tho its smaller the file size is still to big. maybe if u could get another picture but with lower quality or somethin...

you can cut the amount of colors in the pic to make the file size smaller say if you have 256 colors cut it to 126 chances are you wont be able to see any difference in the pic

ya no prob, i got the picture small enuff and it looked ok but the quality added to much space and the fiel was to big
