Spyder TL-X or Xtra?

I'm new, and looking for a decent gun. I'll probably be playing mostly recball so i'm not looking to spend a lot of cash. My question is which gun is better? What is the difference between them?
Thanks

TLX is the tournament level extra...pretty much the only thing thats different is the bolt...the xtra has a long bolt and the TLX has the top cocking bolt...so the xtra has a beaver tail and the TLX doesnt...pretty much the same exact thing other than that

i used to have a TLX

They look different. That's the only difference. Functionally identical. I'd get whichever was cheaper. IF the same price, go with whichever happens to look better to you.

Thanks. Another question, What is a beavertail, and what difference does a long bolt make?
Thanks

Longer bolt=more weight= (slightly) more kick when cycling and more pressure required to cycle it, which will affect it's theorectical maximum cycle speed. But since mech spyders aren't all that fast regardless, it makes no real world difference.
