I'm looking to buy a paintball gun and cant decide between the Spyder Imagine 05 $129 with a free case or Pirahna Gti E force 109. the guns seem to be similar but i am will to buay the extra for the imagine. so far im leaning towards the imagine. I was also thinking about a tippmann 98 but i was told its a beginners gun. I'll consider basically anything in the $100- $200 range.

I think the Imagine looks a lot better and I know its a great marker but I don't know much about the GTI E force.

Dont know a whole lot about the GTI. But I know the Imagine is a great gun and you cant beat the price.

personally i would get the imagine... but thats just me. you need to decide for yourself here because thats a really close call between 2 really similar guns. the piranha has a higher feedneck and i think the overall looks of the imagine are better... and the carrying case is a plus. theyre both going to give you pretty equal performance, and i didnt think i would ever find myself saying this, but just get whichever one looks better.

i think its what you put on the gun that makes it better. the hopper, barrel, and whether or not you use co2 or hpa, are going to affect your performance more than the gun will.
