Question Spyder Xtra or TL-X

Im thinking about both of these and have heard a lot of good things about them. I'm a begginner paintballist and want a good starter gun with potential to upgrade. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance,

I have a spyder xtra as a backup and it is a very good beginning gun...if you get a decent barrel like JJ ceramic it will do just fine with really nothing else added to it. You could take the venturi out of the bolt and do some minor sanding to it as well and it would boost the performance a little.

Those are both mech models, correct? If so go with the imagine. It's only maybe 30 bucks more than the Xtra and is much faster and speedball friendly. If you don't think electros are your thing or something, I would just go with whichever of those are cheaper.

If they cost the same, then I would get the TL-X just because I think it looks nice.

look, save the $30 for the imagine. U will want to get a electronic trigger frame eventually and those run $100 new. As u can see u save $70 by getting the imagine. Pretty much anyone who gets a mech spyder upgrades to the e-frame.

u'll thank us later for saving up.
