i found a few guns i like at a decent price (i think) which do you think i should get:

wgp outkast- $200
older lcd angel('00 '01)- $250
minimag- $160
smart parts ion- $280-290

all are used except the ion. none have any major upgrades except a new barrel. im leading toward the outkast but the ion looks like it has some potential.

I would say the outkast or the ion personal preference. The outkast does not come stock with the electro frame, but the ion does. Also look int the pro stock. They are a little more but they are worth it.

Well, I'd go with either the Ion or OutKast considering both are relatively new markers. Go with personal preferance here. Those are all good choices.
