Right now i shoot a NDZ Up'ed Impulse, but it is old and i want something new and better. Im going for something real light. Right now i play back right corner usually, but i have the urge to go up to front.

So, im wondering what gun would be good? I was thinking Alias, but 1200$ sure seems like a big hole in my wallet.

Sinces its my B-day on the 13th, im going to have around 900$+.

I was thinking of a Shocker, 05 Speed, Matrix LCD, 05 Proto, or Cyborg.

I really want to try not to spend above 1000$ on the gun its self, cuz i have to get a new tank and blah blah.

Im hoping only to have to spend 800$-1000$ on the gun. Any suggestions?

Some guy on PBN is selling Egos with their parts swapped on PBN for 1050. It is a tad out of your price range but trust me, it's worth it. PM me if you want to contact him (I ordered from him and trust me, he is reliable). Of the four you mentioned though, I would go for the Proto. Order it from www.thematrixcenter.com and they will install musashi programming on it for super cheap. Then you will have the fastest gun on the field . (unless anyone else has a ramping board).

Hold them all and fire them. It pretty much all preference at this range so decide which one is more comfortable, allows you to fire faster, looks better, and is smaller/ lighter. Then pick which one.

NOTE: Borgs Own all else in my opioin. Light, fast, eyes, efficent, hottness.

i shot a proto today. it shot really really fast. it was fast without the eye on then when he turned it on it was way faster. there just below 1000 but i think you could find it cheaper somewhere

if you only want to spend 800-1000 on a gun, i suggest that you go with either a borg, shocker, or 05 speed

i would go with the speed, but its 995, so thats just under your price range. also look into the shocker, they are great for the price and you will have a few $$ left to upgrade them.

if you are going to sell that impulse, i would then go with the ego, they are great guns!

but i think shockers are a biatch to clean, and hard to fix right??? idk, im no shocker expert i would go for the 05 speed, it'll turn heads, but if you need a new tank, its kinda out of your price range a bit

Well i can go over 1000$ but i want to try to keep the gun itself below 1000$.

Lol damn guns all 995$, guess that counts under 1000$ : )
