my friend has about 400 dollars to spend and he doesnt want a cocker and i dont know alot about speed ball guns so which would be better an Evil omen or a ion he already has a HPA tank and a halo b from his tippmann 98c or would you recomend somthing else

i don't see how u could go wrong w/ the ion. Omens are nice, but blowback just gives that little bit more kick.

ion is lighter easier to rip on and more reliable. An omen is light a block of metal. It is heavier than my e cocker with its nitro on....

if your friend wants to get serious about speedball, tell him not to get the omen. its a great gun (although overpriced) but the offset feed will make snapshooting really weird and will just end up making him mad when he keeps getting hit on his hopper game after game...
