An RT Pro is probably the best mechanical marker out. At under $450, you can be bouncing to 20bps with jut a few tiny washers.

there are some really nice custom house mech cockers(ie: freeflow, macdev, ect.), but unless your a cocker lover i wouldnt recomend them.
