I would definitely go with the matrix. I have one and although I'm selling it I couldn't love it anymore. It's what is great about many markers all rolled into one minus the efficiency and weight. It is very consistent with a stock dye reg, accurate, has low kick and is very very fast.

It is not very hard to maintain either, all you have to do clean and lube the orings on the bolt.

I don't know about the bushie, but from my experience, my matrix killed any imps at my local field, and I'm guessing that the bushie is like an imp so yeah

go matrix

edit- i get around 1300 shots with the top hat mod on my stock bolt so efficiency isn't too bad

I believe DM3's have stock eyes, besides Trix's are easy on paint with a good hopper you'll be fine. Maintaining isn't very hard like said above just Lubing the O-rings with dow 33 or 55. Standard for most high end guns lubing is.

Eh if it's semi only yes, you're only going to go about 15-17 past that you will chop unless you put that new board forgot if y or z. anyways the eye should stop you from choping anyways a egg would be fine that's what i run on my gun it's plenty fast though, Halo is the way to Go if you want top performance.
